Repentance is the proof that your mind has come under the government of God.
Mind shifted when realized: His condition was self‑inflicted | father’s house was better | choices were destructive | rebellion was foolish.
This is the internal repentance—the change of mind.
. He re-evaluated his life — new perception
LK 15:17 - “How many hired servants of my father have bread enough… and I perish with hunger!”
This shows New: Thinking | Value system | Assessment of reality | Humility.
No longer sees himself as entitled. Sees himself truthfully. This is repentance working in the mind.
